red sea

Quick update....

In the previous shots the blasted areas looked a bit dirty but they were actually clear of rust, I've now put some Eastwoods Rust Encapsulator (basically red oxide primer I guess altho the manufacturers claim it is miracle paint) on the bare metal to stop it flash rusting.

I love the way this paint seems to sink into the metal and the sound areas of underseal look like shorelines around it.

Hopefully this week I can start removing the headlight brackets and nose cones.
